What is the Total Delivery Time for your order?
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time it's delivered to you. It consists of two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing Time : the period from when an order is submitted to when the item is sent for shipment from our facility. *** PROCESSING WILL TAKE 5 - 7 DAYS IF YOU ARE ORDERING A FRAME WITH PRESCRIPTION LENSES ***
Shipping Time : the period from when the item leaves our facility to when it arrives at your door. We use only USPS and you can request a tracking number to track your order on www.USPS.com
All forms of shipping on our web site include Signature Confirmation so someone cannot just take your package without signing for it. This way it is guaranteed to arrive to your door and have proof of receiver.
We do our best to accurately estimate when your items will be delivered. Expected Delivery Dates are only estimates and are generally a range of dates based on the following factors:
- Item(s) purchased
- Orders that include prescription lenses take longer to process as they have to be customized according to frame shape and prescription requirements that you specify
- In general, processing time for most of our brands is 1 - 3 business days. However, certain brands may need 2 - 5 business days to process, depending on availability

For shipments to USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) and APO/FPO addresses:- There will be a $17.95 fee incurred on all packages that are "Refused" upon delivery
- GoGetGlasses.com is not responsible for any border duties/taxes
- If you need to return an item, please be sure to declare the item as "Returned Item Without Value" or we have to charge you duties incurred by US Customs
- There will be a $16.95 fee incurred on all packages that are "Refused" upon delivery by Canadian customers
Super Easy Return Information
Return and Exchange Policy for Undamaged Items
If all original product packaging is not returned a 25% restocking fee will be incurred.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days from the time they are received for returns and exchanges to be processed. We will require proof from the United States Postal Service of signature for any returned item to us. Item must be shipped back with some form of Tracking and Signature Confirmation.
GoGetGlasses.com will reimburse up to $7.95 of your return shipping cost on all incorrect or damaged products.
Exchanging Sunglasses or Eyeglass Frames
All sunglasses and eyeglass frames are eligible for a one-time product exchange within 20 days of the original ship date. After 20 days, all items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
A $9.95 return shipping cost is associated for all exchanges within the Continental United States. A $28.95 return shipping cost is associated for all exchanges that are being shipped to Canada. Please ask for shipping cost for all exchanges outside the United States or Canada.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should you receive a product(s) that you did not order, please contact GGG customer service as soon as possible by calling (888) 752-5631 or emailing us at CustomerService@GoGetGlasses.com.
If the boxes in which items arrive have extensive visible damage, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service department immediately. In some instances, returns may need to be processed through the manufacturer.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the time they are received for returns to be processed.
All claims must be made within 3 business days upon receipt for all damaged items.
Warranty and Repair Policy
All sunglasses and eyeglass frames carry the original manufacturers warranty.
Frames
All frames carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects. These defects include frame colors, hinges, structural design and welding points. Defects NOT under warranty include, but are not limited to, damage caused by twisting, scratching, bending, sitting on, dropping, smashing, stepping on, or gross mishandling of frames.

Prescription Lenses
All prescription lenses from GGG are treated with a scratch-resistant coating, making them less susceptible to scratches and other superficial damage. However, lenses may still become scratched. In the event lenses are so badly scratched that you would like to return them, we offer a one-time replacement for 50% off the standard cost. This service is only available within one year of the original purchase date. Shipping charges apply to replacement order.

Returning or Exchanging Prescription Lenses
Because prescription lenses are customized and specially ordered for each individual customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, should you wish to exchange a frame with prescription lenses within 20 days of the original ship date, you will be eligible to receive a 50% discount on the same type of prescription lenses as originally purchased. In addition, you will be credited or charged for the difference in cost between the new frames and the pair being exchanged. Shipping charges will apply to the replacement order.
Order Cancellation
Orders placed online or directly with a customer service agent may be cancelled within 24 hours of their purchase if the order has not been shipped. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
