How to order tutorial: Regular Purchase Step 1. Once you have selected the frame that you want to purchase you can click on "Add To Cart" button located at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to your shopping cart. Step 2. Once inside the shopping cart please check that the item displayed is the item you actually want to purchase. Please make sure that the right quantity is displayed as well. If you want 2 of the same items please make sure 2 is displayed in the text box. If you want a different quantity please enter the number you want and click on the "Update" button. To remove the item from your shopping cart please click on the "Remove" button. If you have a Gift Certificate or a Discount code please enter it in the text box titled "Gift certificate/Discount code. If you do not have Gift certificate or Discount code please leave the text box empty. Once you confirmed all the information is correct please click "Checkout" button. Step 3. If you are not a registered GoGetGlasses.com user please select "No, I am a new customer" option and click "Next" button. If you are a registered GoGetGlasses.com user please select "Yes, I have a password" option and enter your username and password then click "Next" button and please skip to Step 5. Step 4.This step is ONLY for not registered GoGetGlasses.com users and new customers. Please choose and enter your User Name and password as well as your name and email. Make sure to enter all the required information. Required information text boxes are marked by red *. Once you have entered all required fields please click the "Submit" button. Step 5. Please choose the shipping method and enter your shipping and billing information. Make sure to enter all the required information. Required information text boxes are marked by red *. Please enter the billing information that your bank has on file. Once you have entered all required fields please click the "Submit" button. Step 6. Please validate all your information. If you are satisfied please click the "Submit" button. If you are not satisfied and you want to make changes click the "Back" button to go to the previous screen to make all your changes. Once the changes are made please refer back to Step 5. Step 7. You are now on the secure page please confirm all you information one more time and enter your credit card information. Enter your CSC information the 3 or 4 digit number printed in the signature field on the back of your credit card. On some cards, all or part of the card number appears before the CSC, for example, 1234 567. In this example, 1234 are the last four digits of the credit card number, and 567 is the CSC. Please click on "Authorize this transaction" button when finished. Step 8. Confirm all the information and click on "Submit transaction for processing" button. If you made a mistake and need to go back to fix it please click on the "Back" button it will take you back to the previous step (Step 8) Adding Prescription Lenses to your order Step 1. Once you have selected the frame that you want to purchase click on "Add prescription lenses" button located at the bottom of the page. Step 2. Select the lenses that you want and choose the color if applicable. When finished please click on the "Save" button located on the bottom of the page. Step 3. Please enter your prescription information and the doctors name and phone number. When finished please click on "Submit" button. Step 4. Once inside the shopping cart please check that the item displayed is the item you actually want to purchase. Please make sure that the right quantity is displayed as well.
