Shipping & Returns

All the products on this website are 100% authentic from the respective manufacturers. Beware of websites selling counterfeit or knock-off products. We deal directly with the manufacturers so there is no chance of a fake item.

20-Day Return/Exchange Policy  

 
We offer a 20 day return/exchange policy. If your order is returned in brand-new condition as you received it, you qualify for a refund/exchange. The return must be received within 20 days of delivery. Returns must be unused with no scratches, dirt, etc. All protective plastic and packaging must be intact. No refunds on used items. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns. There is no charge for exchanges. Please make sure the item you would like to exchange for is on our website. Please contacts us prior to return or exchange.

Defective/Broken Items: All items are direct from the manufacturer and defects are very rare due to strict quality control. Defects and damage must be reported to us by email within 48 hours of delivery and shipped back within 5 days. INSPECT your order immediately.

No refunds on shipping. Please note that if you ordered your glasses using Free Shipping option and would like to return your glasses you will be responsible for a $7.00 shipping charge. 

Prescription lenses are not refundable. We cannot warrantee the scratch-resistant coating, and cannot guarantee against scratches on the lens. Open contact lenses can not be returned. Please note that only items in the original packaging that were not used or damaged will be accepted for a refund.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES 
Orders canceled or changed (color and/or model) after they are processed will incur a 10% charge. There is no additional charge for adding additional items to your order. No charge for changing the shipping method or address.

Prescription lens orders are custom and cannot be canceled. You will be responsible for the cost of the prescription. All prescriptions are different and it is difficult to guarantee an exact wait time from our lens maker. 
 

 
WARRANTY  

Please note that all merchandise is under warranty against any manufacture defects for the period of 1 year.  
 
RETURNS  
All returns must be sent insured and prepaid for the full price by a trackable carrier. You must be able to get proof of shipping and delivery. Our mailing address is:

'Proof of delivery' means you can get a signature and proof of the delivery address. We are not responsible for returns that are not signed for and/or delivered to the wrong address. You must prove the delivery address and not the shipping address (these can be different if the carrier makes a mistake).

Due to theft problems in our building, please send back all returns requiring a signature. Packages sent without a signature are not logged in our building and do get stolen sometimes. We are not responsible for stolen returns that are not signed for.

 
Crediting Your Returns
Once the item is received we will credit your account. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process your refund. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card or bank to post the credit to your account.
